- "On November 21, 2022, the Company entered into a Manufacturing and Supply Agreement with Pyros (the “Pyros Manufacturing and Supply Agreement”), pursuant to which the Company manufactured and supplied to Vigabatrin Powder to Pyros at an agreed upon price. This agreement was terminated upon mutual agreement as of January 10, 2025."

Prasco Non-Exclusive License Agreement
- "On April 5, 2023, the Company entered into a non-exclusive license agreement to manufacture, supply and distribute with Prasco, LLC and its affiliate Burel to distribute generic mixed amphetamine extended-release capsules in the United States. The agreement commenced on January 1, 2024 and was terminated with notice on March 31, 2025."
