I get your point, however, they didn't need to mention one single company aka keystone and hardly mention the actual other energy sources in that letter. Your other example is explicit to clean energy which is what the oil and coal industry had inserted in the original bill to kill all their competition.
I stand by my observation and point that the first letter was a push for the gop nazi's to put their (keystone-oil and coal) breaks back in. It appears the senate bill pulled some favors for coal and oil out.
RE-read the paragraph about slashing energy credits and layering restrictions... that's oil and gas talking, not clean energy. The restrictions on clean energy are put there by the oil/coal lobbyist and greedy gop nazi's.
