Of course there is nothing in any documents or in the agreements that state that RNVA has to share FOXO share with it's shareholders. RNVA/Seamus may choose to use them for financing or sell them. You are correct as far as I am concerned.
And also seems you think that Seamus “will be forced” to distribute FOXO shares? But you’re ignoring the fact that no one is in a position to force Seamus to do anything. Seamus will do whatever benefits Seamus. What indication is there that he is acting in the fiduciary interest of RNVA shareholders?
