Sorry, Keystone is a foreign company and many of their projects have been stopped 2 years ago. This is nothing but political theater and about keystone losing money for themselves. They probably had a ton of shit in their favor in the original bill from the house but have been getting gutted by the dems. waa waa.

Just like Alaska getting preferential treatment which appears to be taken out now.
