"Delusional to me is glossing over the memo (PR) in April stating "...continuous flow manufacturing"".  If you haven't figured it out by now,  just because this company PR's something that doesn't mean they are actually gong to do it (see Webslinger's list), then you are delusional.
 If they really have produced cocoons similar in efficiency as the Chinese hybrids using the BAM1 hybrid, they should have been over in Vietnam lining up producers, reelers, weavers and manufacturers a long time ago and stayed there until an actual product was made.  I can't figure out what Rice could have possibly been doing for the past nine years to earn the paycheck and benefits he has been getting.  You would have thought that all of this would have been lined up already.  There's no way they can produce 1.5 tons of silk using just that piddly ass setup that they showed in recent PRs.  There's nowhere close to enough equipment there and looked really inefficient.
