I think $PSWW could prove to have some very good value based on the potential amounts of gold indicated within the gold portfolios of those three different properties that have been talked about to be coming into PSWW from BMXI. These are "primarily" NI 43-101 gold properties with "Proven" resources indicated that are coming into PSWW. They are primarily located within the region known as the Tintina Gold Belt in the Yukon Territory (or Region):

They are located within the same area as four other multi-billion gold companies that trade on the NYSE which leads me to think that these properties coming into PSWW too will have lots of gold:

I believe PSWW and BMXI are close to moving forward with maturing these gold and rare earth projects because of obtaining the $2 Million in financing from the credit facility that was PR-ed by BMXI:

As I had mentioned before, I like to "compare and contrast" quickly PSWW to DTREF. DTREF is another stock that I like that has rare earth and gold assets that has a similar amount of Outstanding Shares (OS) as PSWW. Once the market confirmed that the assets were there and financing and permission to pull the gold out of the ground was confirmed to exist by the company, then DTREF popped to .20 per share to settle down in the .06+ per share range. In some kind of an order like this or slightly different, I suspect that PSWW will get confirmation of these sequence of events:

** Confirmation of the properties coming under PSWW via acquisition or merger.
** Confirmation of financing to control PSWW pulling the gold and rare earth out of the earth.
** Confirmation of eliminating any debt.
** Confirmation of funding to go towards pulling the gold out of the ground.

I might be leaving out some things, but I think these are of the basic things that the market might want to see to confirm the seriousness of PSWW and BMXI to create huge growth and value into both companies.
