Bush and buddies should not have jailed us
BO should not have made things worse

DJT and Biden should not have sat on their hands for 8 years

but - not one penny of F and F dividend or profit went directly to ACA

every penny went to the Treasury

in that fashion money went indirectly to all things including ACA and under DJT to all things including the wall

i will ask for the 100th time ---- IF dividend distribution could be used by a POTUS - negating the route to Treasury - why did DJT not use the money for the wall ? (hint - answer - WHAT money - nothing falls of the truck on the way to Treasury. Use of this F and F money by BO or DJT or Biden in some direct fashion would be like a President picking a letter of the alphabet - say M - and saying all income tax payments from people with a last name that begins with M goes directly to infrastructure or the wall or the ACA --- nope
