seen more than not, an offering at , lets say 1.00, and the stock price is plunging 90% less than this, and stays bouncing for a year or more around 70% less than the offering.. an offering does not dictate bottom or pricing, it is just an offering price for the losers who also thought that this offering price was bottom and found out that they were also incorrect......
