To be honest, though, my info is dated, it's from when I was looking to rent an office / studio in lower Manhattan about 35 or 40 years ago.
Jehovah's Witness, until recently, had their worldwide headquarters in Brooklyn Heights. They, too, had a massive real estate portfolio, unbelievable, actually, there and in downtown Brooklyn. Then, a few years ago, they sold everything and decamped to upstate NY. Maybe Trinity Church has also sold in the interim, I have no idea.
Don't get me started on JW, though, with all their wealth they gave nothing back to the neighborhood, zero.
