I have stated my position several times. RVNA very likely has controlling interest of FOXO. I can't say for absolute certain because FOXO'S has rights and limitations in their articles of corporation on stock as most companies do. However according to the June 17th press release, Seamus said RNVA was expected to be the controlling shareholder of FOXO upon the closing of the Rennova Community Health transaction. So you can accept his word.
However what I said, so many times, is that RNVA does not own FOXO. I said that in my post below that started this.
This is why the RNVA loyalists have to misled/misrepresent with silly false lines like RNVA owns FOXO
I never said anything about controlling interest. There is a distinct difference between contolling interest and owning the corporation. If RNVA owned FOXO it could be beneficial to RNVA shareholders but then RNVA could also have exposure to potential liabilities from FOXO and that could be a risk to RNVA shareholders.
