Yeah....it was years ago that I found out that companies (even listed ones) are NOT required to "make public" that they have received a Wells Notice.

Was a bit surprising to discover that.

Many bigger companies and those with integrity etc aka NOT DIRTY JAKE do "make it public" and try to get ahead of it via making a public reply and... "We are 100% cooperating with the SEC but can't comment yer on specifics.." blah blah blah.

Just been super busy still - need to get back over to the HUMBL-CON board LOL ...and mash that mess up a bit and smack around the pump clowns...I've been checking-in and see you and the crew have been "handling" the pump con crew very adeptly......taking it to um....good work as always....:))
