You have no real evidence, just some circumstantial evidence that someone wants to hide the nature of the trades, which like I said, that part might help your theory.
You seem a bit insecure needing to lash out when something you post is questioned - like saying that job postings are examples of the company being transparent and that dilution equates "interest."
