BREAKING: The Supreme Court just put the brakes on activist judges blocking national policy with “universal injunctions.”

In a 6–3 ruling written by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, SCOTUS said federal courts are overstepping when they issue nationwide rulings for people who aren’t even involved in a lawsuit.

The decision limits the power of district judges to halt federal policies across the country based on one single case.

“The courts’ authority doesn’t stretch that far,” Barrett wrote, granting a partial stay and blasting the practice as exceeding what Congress allows.

Translation? No more one-judge vetoes of America First laws.

This is a direct strike against the left’s favorite legal weapon: judge-shopping in blue districts to freeze policies they hate.

Big win for constitutional order and a long-overdue gut punch to lawfare.
