There is another one I found also.

In the main big case, their lawyer withdrew and no new lawyer has been assigned to the case. There is a motion by the plaintiff's for summary judgment and Hiru has not defended against it. The court has not made a ruling on it.

There is a pre-trial hearing scheduled fir July 11th I believe. If Hiru does not retain a lawyer for that, or does not participate, the case might not bode well for them.

Those links are not in my opinion a fair summary of things as they are written one sided by one party. If they were written by the other party I would say the same thing.
