You see all the different trades at 0004 and the same trade amount at .000035 please remember the average trader Cannot sell to the fifth digitThe only time you can get some bought at the fifth for the average Trader is if you had an order in to let's say buy  at 0004 and Someone who can sell at 000035 let you have some at 000035My point is someone has to be manipulating the sales for the amounts to come out the same at both prices?
