Halberd Corp indicated in recent press releases that they expect government contracts for both planned trials (WatchDawg through ATP llc and TBI in coop with MSU). Also Halberd Corp is trying to secure private funding. Most promising for the short term are private funding and an ONR contract to start the second large animal trials at MSU.
