OPEN LETTER FROM THE CEO

Greetings To All Shareholders, Management, Employees and Customers~

I would like to take this opportunity to communicate the excitement and expectations for the Company at this time for all concerned.

Our primary focus for the past two operating quarters has been on our new subsidiary, Global Wellness Products LLC. The core business of this company is to bring a new solution to millions of people who carry the HSV-1 virus and suffer from debilitating cold sores on a regular basis.

The data is as follows:

In the United States and Canada, tens of millions of people experience cold sore outbreaks caused by the Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV-1)

United States

Prevalence of HSV-1:
According to the CDC, approximately 48% of Americans aged 14–49 are infected with HSV-1 — that’s over 120 million people.
Cold Sore Occurrence:
Of those infected, 20–40% develop recurring cold sore outbreaks.
Estimated 24 to 48 million Americans experience visible cold sores periodically.
Canada

Prevalence of HSV-1:
Studies estimate that 55–60% of Canadians are infected with HSV-1 — about 20 to 22 million people.
Cold Sore Occurrence:
Similar to the U.S., roughly 30–40% will have symptomatic outbreaks.
Estimated 6 to 9 million Canadians suffer from cold sores intermittently.
Our primary product at Global Wellness Products is the InterceptCS™ cold sore prevention system. This product has superior design, holds a unique patent, and is the only product available currently in North America with clinical and governmental approval (Health Canada Approved Class II Medical Device for the prevention of cold sore outbreaks). It is sold in the United States as an over-the-counter product with appropriate FDA disclaimer, much like thousands of other products designed to help with particular health issues.

In recent months we have been developing all aspects of marketing for the InterceptCS™ product including digital paid advertising and most recently, the launch of our Brand Ambassador program. All details relating to that new program are readily available on our website, GlobalWellnessProducts.com.

We are currently in “launch mode”, with over $1 Million in inventory produced and ready to ship. We are experiencing sales on a daily basis, including Thermal Activator replacement sales. The product requires these Activators on an ongoing basis, creating a long-tail revenue as one the key elements of our business plan. Similar to the need to purchase razor blades once you have the razor. Previously, before we negotiated the exclusive rights to produce and sell the InterceptCS™ product with ThermaBright Inc. (OTC: TBRIF), there had been approximately $2 Million in total sales in Canada, and we are now servicing those customers for their ongoing need for the replacement Thermal Activators.

All of this has been accomplished with new capital financing and we have not sold any shares of our common stock to accomplish these goals. Our intention is to expand to global sales and fulfillment of the product, with the U.K. and other European markets next up on our expansion schedule.

It is our firm belief that there is very real potential to sell 1 million InterceptCS™ cold sore prevention systems in our target markets, which translates to $100 Million in top line revenue generation. Our margins are strong and ongoing production has been addressed. We are currently designing a multi-use Thermal Activator (current configuration is for single use) in order to make ongoing replenishment orders for our customers more cost-effective and increase margins simultaneously.

We are going to be committing major resources to the new Brand Ambassador program, as the true success of any product involves social acceptance and the utilization of those social platforms including TikTok, FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube as well as a variety of forums and support groups to further the messaging. In this way, we believe we can accelerate the outreach to cold sore sufferers everywhere and exponentially increase the sale of InterceptCS™. This is our main focus and will continue to be so until we incrementally accomplish our mission.
