How they found about India hoax? Someone's due diligence

One referring to doing business and selling solar panels in India following Kazi's post (link below) awhile back. They never knew about the India partner hoax before Kazi's post and now acting like Spp will be selling solar panels in India. Lmao!

Sun Pacific Power India. Lmao! Another paid partner, in India, with a cheap lousy looking website (my opinion), doing ZERO business, while using Sun Pac Power's Manalapan P.O. Box, to represent itself as having a U.S. partner. Unbelievable!!

8-K events, in the link below, never disclosed, nor filed, by Snpw officer with a real fiduciary obligation. Read about a foreign/India shell using Snpw/Spp as its so-called "flagship" U.S. company. WOW!! NO DISCLOSURE??
Allowing a foreign individual to represent himself as Nick's COO, on LinkedIn, with NO DISCLOSURE/8-K?? WOW!!

btw, GEP or Fox-ess would NEVER be part of a reverse merger with a company that could sell or distribute $1 of their product over 3+ years since needing a paid for U.S. shell company's website link on their own websites to look like they have a U.S. partner. LOL
