What I sent to the SEC and AXXA!

Dear SEC,
Have you checked into my complaint concerning AXXA. I made a complaint on two different occasions using my name and got a SEC msg. both times you would get back to me within 48 hours and you never got back to me. Are you protecting AXXA and all of their seemingly worthless promises to long term shareholders including a share buyback at 700 million plus. The share structure has since risen to over 4 billion and they are still trying to spread hoopla that they are on track and that we would see a dramatic rise in price. Right now we are only one step away from the lowest price possible (.0001) after being at almost 18 cents per share. And they keep telling us everything is on track. How come you do not get back to me? This is a legitimate complaint and you exist to protect shareholders (right?).
No share buyback.
No audit
No spinoff
Nothing?
what gives that you treat shareholders this way and don't say a single word to me about what this company seemingly is pulling on shareholders. This simply is not right.
