Ho Hum! the only lies here are those coming from you, and your misrepresenting the meaning of the tweets and other documents.
First tweet What part of they need approval from the partner with the money you don't get. If approval not given they can't update.
Second Tweet-. While they aim to update shareholders, SAPX is at the mercy of the partner with the money when they can update , now aren't they?
Third Tweet - While SAPX is preparing up dates they still need the permission of the partner with the money to release them, do they not?
Fourth tweet- $SAPX pink current designation to begin releasing updates., weeks later they update they were pink current
Fifth tweet- Totally true as you confirmed by the communications.tweets you posted after that date.
The separation of Lionsgate and Starz took 4 years to finalized and during those four years Lionsgate and Starz had countless press releases stating specif dates when they anticipated the separation would close. Yet up until April 2025 those dates were missed.
Based on your illogical logic you would accuse Liongate and Starz management of PRing all those pumping lies each time they announce an anticated closing date and it didn't happen.:
SAPX is not the company in control of this partnership and relays to it's shareholders what is told to them by the partner with the money.
When the partner with money says you should be able to release information of the deal next week, SAPX relays that to its shareholder.
When the partner with the money, later says sorry it going to be longer SAPX is left in limbo.
