I'm sure dilution played a role in this, but even worse than dilution is toxic notes. Companies are destroyed by them every day. The company needs to start showing revenue, and address investors on what their plan is to fix the share structure. Trading at this level makes buying back shares much easier. We'll have to wait and see what happens.
