Two California lawmakers are pushing legislation that would prevent law enforcement from covering their faces when making arrests in the state.

It should be completely illegal. I can't believe it's been allowed to go on. It needs to go directly to the Supreme Court. This is kidnapping and human trafficking pure and simple.
