With F&F Up-List to NYSE and C-Ship Exit.

The F&F preferred shares should see greater than face value from speculation and would be very positive to their holders.

These Preferred shares made three payments; two interest payments non-accumulated, and one performance payment at the end of the year which is accumulating.

I have done the math for the accumulation based on WMI Series R Preferred from data points.
2.2X face value to the PQ ESC holders.

3.2X face value to F&F preferred holders because the stock still trades.
