Looking like 1st week of July based on Secretary of State lawyers redefined scope of work. unbelievable how a lawyer can do something wrong and not follow very clear instructions yet find the nerve to charge you more to fix their mistake.
That said - cohen is ordering the reserve report from an sec certified engineer this week (we do not have a turnaround time / date yet but aren't expecting too long).  This is a requirement for the audit.  This places a 3rd party estimate on both the gross recoverable barrels of oil and gas from the fields operated by Vision (note vision was a 100% company purchase not just asset purchase - which go forward cohen will be doing asset only purchases to reduce audit trails go forward - he did need to buy 100% of vision to get the $250k surety bond that the company has regarding compliance with the Texas railroad commission that's required for operators with greater than 100 not plugged & abandoned wells).
Note also - Secretary of State lawyer is separate from Shell status attorney. However the Shell status attorney opinion letter is already drafted with filing of supplemental report pending the compeltion of the Secretary of State issue that the other lawyer made and is now remediating.
