tx for your insight. Well, they have to file the management certification as well to avoid pink limited and ascent to OTCID. I don't believe even cabin fever would let small retail holding forever sell 400k (over the last two weeks) into lows..... but sometime last year there was a small increase in unrestricted and maybe the holder of these issued shares sells with delay now. No good theory offers itself. I am buying in smaller increments now rather than getting to 800k quick. Let the management bring things to the table first!
