"George is stupid really. A higher share price with VOLUME would attract more companies interested in going public and he might just be able to do a deal. No one wants to merge with a .003 OTC, lol. Has George lost his mind?"
So why do you think he said he doesn't care about it?

Emails requesting updates will get you no further than asking for them here. I will update only when there is something to say. I will not provide the speculation you are desiring. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SHARE PRICE. And if I figure out who you are, you will be blocked.

I wish I had read this long ago. From the HMBL lawsuit:

B. The Scheme is Set in Motion
38. The merger between Tesoro and HUMBL was facilitated by Defendant Sharp – a known player in the OTCMKT with a history of brokering reverse mergers and a penchant for thoroughbred horses (including one named “Front-Run the Fed”15).
39. In this instance, Sharp connected Defendant Foote with Tesoro’s near-death CEO Henry Boucher (“Boucher”) and orchestrated a lightening-speed merger that instantly turned a worthless company into one worth billions of dollars—despite having no products on the market.
What? A "lightening-speed merger" then but in some FOUR YEARS, GS hasn't been able to get any of the much-hyped "Trifecta" ("REDfecta" to some) tickers to the final step (Step 7) in "the process"?

...The process
6) Be deemed current
7) Bring asset into deal
DO NOT ask me how long this all takes. It takes as long as it takes.

Why, and how long have they all been stuck at Step 6? Is it possible that GS likes keeping them at Step 6 for some reason?
So I got to ask: "Do you, or anyone else, think GS cared about the share price of TSNP (HMBL) back around the time of their merger?
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/HMBL/history/?period1=1072189800&period2=1750434418
On 12/9/19 (a year before the merger) the pps closed at .0004.
On 12/9/20 (merger completed) the pps closed at $1.024
On 3/26/21 (name/ticker symbol changed and other corporate actions) the pps closed at $4.15
After that, the pps started declining.
TIA
FOUR YEARS!! WHERE'S THE ASSETS??
