It is fairly damp .. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=weather+marrickville . The aircon i didn't plan on using at all in winter is good. Have been turning it on-and-off off-and-on and it really does feel a big help in the bedroom.

Am also lying down every hour or so, or two, here, taking breaks which i never did before.

Reckon in 4-5 days will be fit as a fiddle, and won't go back to overdoing umm stuff as much as i was recently, again, for awhile anyway. lol Thanks.
