Dr. Bill is correct regarding the over-allotment (now that's a first). What a shame his grapevine posts were total BS. It wasn't too long ago that he was saying the secondary was 5 times over-subscribed and this was going to $20. I would suggest anyone who might read this before it gets deleted (and me banned) to take what Dr. Bill says with a grain of salt. How Dew even allowed his pumping was beyond me.
