It sounds like the US will likely be hitting the underground Fordow facility in the period ahead. Just a guess, but that would be the only realistic way to destroy the facility, which is reportedly ~ 300 feet under a mountain. Israel doesn't have the required ordnance / bunker busters, and it has to be delivered by a US B-2 bomber. In recent months, several B-2 bombers reportedly arrived at Diego Garcia.

A key question would be whether the US uses the biggest conventional bunker buster (below), or alternately, a tactical nuke bunker buster? From what I've read, the conventional MOP might only be effective down to 200 feet, and the Fordow facility is closer to 300 feet under a mountain. So the temptation could be to use the tactical nuke bunker buster, despite the fallout risk and the ominous precedent being set. My working assumption is that the US will at minimum hit Fordow with a conventional MOP bunker buster, but just a guess.

Realistically, the world cannot afford to have another North Korea. The alternative would be for Iran to fully accept Trump's offer, and completely abandons all enrichment, with fuel for any Iranian nuclear powerplants provided by the US under ultra strict conditions. Not impossible, but unlikely.
