I would argue pre-FID. It's in their best interest to take on whatever comes their way when presented. FLNG #2 regardless of when they FID #2 needs contracts. There future extends well beyond 1 & 2. No time like the present. Competition is only going to heat up as we move into the end of 2025 and beyond.
