~ Hello John, I agree the P&AA for WMB, between JPMC and the FDIC will occur … However the “claims” showing on the FDIC site, for the original (Class 17 Bonds) are misleading, and misunderstood at best … typical “ChatRoom Irrelevant “ … as of this morning, the WMB Note / Euro Bonds continue to be serviced and are actively functioning properly … ~

A claim filed or showing anywhere, any unsettled litigation does NOT determine a final value or a payment due (remember the two 54 billion dollar claims that quickly disappeared … ? … LOL) … and in ol’cactus’ Land … ownership and the daily ability to review them … counts …

In my opinion, the Rocket event cleans up the WMI Holding Companies 2012 Reorganization into WMIHC, then into WMIH … the WMB Bond / Euro Notes are currently with and being serviced within the seized WMB, transitioned to JPMC’s responsibility to maintain long ago … (apples & oranges) … and will reconstitute and pay up at the final of the P&AA with the FDIC & JPMC … per the GSA agreement
