Ok, here is a bit of information for you to use and hopefully check to see if its right... every time this Fuduciary duty subject comes up... about two or three time a year I tell people to look at this on the OTC web site.
Every PR and every filing is listed on that site for every stock that is listed. If you go back to that site and look at it from 2022 until now Affluence has averaged less than 10 press releases a yeat. and of those 10 4 prior to the end of 2024 were PR related to just released Financial Filings... they have NEVER filed a Form 8-K and have exactly 5 total SEC filings since 2020. Again if you and everyone else did any DD on this you would see what they have done... what they are doing now is no different than what they have always done. And they have never made a trip to the Grays for lack of transparency they have never been sanctioned by the SEC for anything... they have for 95% of the time since 2020 since they bought OneMind does exactly what they are doing now.
It does not make what they do right, I have always advocated for them to be transparent, I have posted it when I got here 3 years ago... but I also figured out in a short period of time... I am talking to the Hand so to speak. Our best hope is that we now have a new President that is an experienced public company manager. He has delt with the system for a long long time and things will change if he follows his own history. We have new ownership coming in and they are very transparent on social media and hopefully that wil revert to the wire service getting all of the social media information they post put into press releases. But as it stands now..nothing is going to change
Also when you do DD and you find information, its because the company in some way or another put that info out there and you or anyone looking found it by using DD... so that makes the information transparent.
