Came on Nasdaq after the 80/1 reverse split 5 weeks ago!! Claimed no dilution to get to Nasdaq when really they diluted 22 million shares to get on Nasdaq!! Then had 2.6 million shares and now have 3.2 million shares a float!! They have diluted 22% already in just 5 weeks !! Ouch 🤕!! Huge debt and huge dilution incoming and now they have lame retail who whopper there chit show!! Failure written all over it !!
