Oscar Brito Bio Oscar Brito is a Venezuelan-American entrepreneur and real estate executive. He currently serves as the CEO and President of Metrospaces, a New York City-based real estate development firm specializing in luxury condominiums and apartments. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director of GBS Capital Partners, a merchant bank focusing on middle-market tech and real estate investment banking. Brito has also co-founded IQSTel, a publicly listed telecommunications company, and was a partner in The Bulgari Hotel & Residences in London. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
