So I would take that LLM generated conclusion with a large pinch of salt.

The only real question is whether these patents are infringed by the Bigs, as VPLM's adherents are paid to claim.
But all their patent infringement suits have failed ignominiously, with costs being awarded to the defendants. The latest suits from wannabee patent troll VPLM were soundly rejected by the most patent troll friendly Judge in the land - Judge Albright - even though VPLM's crack (or is that crap?) lawyer selected his court as the best chance of victory.
They've never won a patent infringement suit, and they never will.
