I am repeating my Advisory to have essential items in good supply at home.

Nationwide marches against the Administration are planned for this Saturday (June 14th). The marches are highly organized, with money behind them.

Considering what has been occurring in LA, it is not a big stretch to think violence could break out. Media images of outbreaks could fan expansion to other cities/areas.

Our food distribution chain is fragile and easily disrupted. Trucks may even not want to go out in such a situation.

I urge all to have ample water, non-perishable foods, medicines, first aid kit, portable radio, batteries, flashlights, candles, matches, full gas tanks, cell phones charged, manual can opener, family/friends communication plan, etc. In other words, be ready as if for a hurricane.

Let's hope for the best but be prepared.
