I, too, have been following CTXR for years, and I bought some today at a buck.

CTXR is a pennystock developmental biotech. "Dilution with no sales" is how the game is played. This is gambling. I don't plan to hold it for long. There could be some pop here upon product launch. Or maybe it'll close red that day. Whatever, it's gambling.

Citius did a shitty thing to existing CTXR shareholders when they split off CTOR but I wasn't an existing shareholder then. I bought a pile of CTOR during the fire sales but now that's doubled so I won't be buying any more CTOR. CTXR at a buck, though, is a good gamble, IMO.
