Even if they are domiciled in Wyoming, they do need a Utah foreign registration.

I am surprised they don’t appear to have one.

Although I do know that some of the search functions on many State SOS business entity search sites are less than complete.

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
