You’re obsessing over something that is insignificant if they don’t file quarterlies and ever utter another word which is the case so far.
There’s nothing wrong with your pointing it out but it is what it is and nobody has an answer.
I could care less if they get a judgement. They can pay it, appeal it or ignore it and let the bank try and collect. They can negotiate a settlement after the judgement.
This issue is the least of Hiru street name shareholder’s problems at this point imo.
