I saw that letter also, but I believe that was before they landed on what it is now. If you check up the document number they give of the other company, L03000014533 or SB Holdings, it is clearly different from them. VGLS state name shows SB tech holdings now also, I do not think they would allow the change if it was indeed problematic but who really knows.
