Who is Ezzat El Jallad and how can he receive billions of shares for "debt conversion" when there are no monies owed to him? His name shows up here (page 7& 8): https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/450497/content What happened to the lone note holder agreeing to not convert until 2025 (already here)??? LMFAO!!!!! Over 3.9 BILLION shares diluted since that statement!

Why doesnt Hollywood or Beverly Hills Basketball teams show up on American Basketball Associations website? check here: https://realabaleague.com/teams/#1688596098210-908052cc-62f1 But all of a sudden Xavier Mitchell (the WANNABE CEO) sold them to his other company (MD*N) for shares? LMFAO!!!!!

Franchise X Entertainment website has been down for months (at least) yet PSRU claims its worth over $2.3 million. Also; Belle Aire has 184 subscribers on YouTube and she was supposed to be the greatest for Franchise X Entertainment. Monthly rent is $1,100" but no address gets pulled up on maps for that location.
