Our scandium is also 4 years away, best case it appears. I mean, if we can successfully spread out the risk among multiple fanciers and get enough loan guarantees and offtakes to secure this stuff that the wealthiest government in the world is just DYING to get. I doubt there is anything to dangle. China can get whatever they want whenever they want it. They couldn't wait to tip toe into Afghanistan after we royally screwed up there. There is a lot of rocks there too.
