w/ the newly issued Preferred for MTi the company must at least have authorized (not necessarily issued) enough common shares to fully cover a 1:1 or equivalent conversion of all outstanding preferred shares based on the conversion ratio stated in the preferred stock designation.
Hopefully the remaining after said are used wisely from here on out.
