You were wrong and the Q demonstrates that.

Read this section again carefully:

The value of the HoldCo Units held by the Company at the time of the acquisition by WSCG is $17,000,000 based on the percentage that HoldCo owns in WSCG based on the last valuation of WSCG. The Company agreed that WSCG would not contribute any real estate assets and WSCG would be solely a technology company in exchange for a larger percentage of WSCG owned by the Company through HoldCo.

The value of the asset to HMBL when they first announced the deal in December was $17 million. The value of the asset today with the real estate removed is $17 million.

If the real estate was NOT part of original $17 million then tell me why they needed to up the % holding in WSCG to maintain the $17 million asset value? $17 million should represent 27.5% of WSCG if the real estate was not part of it..right?

They took an asset out of WSCG and had to up the percentage that Humbl owned to maintain the $17 million.

But again…let’s assume you are correct.

That means that they just took away an asset they promised that was additive to the $17 million and replaced it with …*check notes…nothing.

You seem more concerned about what I post than the fact that under your scenario you just got screwed.

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
2) Why am I here?
Answer: I like debating things that I have a 95.7% chance of being right about.
3) Am I a paid basher?
Answer: Wait…what? You can get paid for this?
