I personally think indictments for stock and wire fraud will be coming for Jake sooner than later.

Hopefully authorities will stop this scam before the next 1 for 500,000 reverse split.

What are the chances Jake abandons both BCAP and SONG once the courts, congress and SEC/DOJ take action (or even before)?

He sure has been quiet concerning ANYTHING having to do with his scam stocks.
