PPS won’t change because people stop whining about how low it has tanked or its dilution or because it hasn't done FINRA or Audit Fins or potential R/S on the works after 20B dilution shares being dropped total because this wont be capable to grow organically to the dollar land. Sadly, a Chinese company too, maybe after DT 4 years.
