Yes, she did. However, she did NOT "stick with her story". She changed her mind about it a number of times, and I don't think the truth will ever come out. It's all very confusing. According to some accounts, her name was Virginia Giuffre. That is the woman who committed suicide. But the victim initially identified herself as "Katie Johnson". An article from 2019:

BUT Virginia was apparently raped by Prince Andrew. She had no problem speaking about him publicly, or taking him to court. Virginia was evidently not Katie. But if so, the girl who said Trump raped her didn't commit suicide. That seems to be a separate story. Giuffre slept with Prince Andrew several times, once as part of an orgy, and obviously also slept with others. But there's no mention of Trump.

Her suicide was sad, but doesn't really seem to have been related to her earlier abuse. Again, Trumpty doesn't seem to have been part of the story. As I said, read the Wikipedia article; it's very thorough.
