There is only Elon and a couple others who could make the Sats and only IonQ has the tec, the brain trust, the employees, the factory , the data centers and the patents for the totally secure QKD communications. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to hear that Elon was acquiring . Inst. investment is up to 38.91% now with 260.1 mil shares out. Insiders own around 10%. I still wonder why no poison pill???
