So where is the signed "deal?"

All you are doing is giving made up excuses for this scam. This documented scamming management announced the supposed "deal" months ago. They stated that they were waiting for the Lionsgate/STARZ split to have a joint announcement which came and went and nothing!

Once that day came and went, now they are saying to wait because there are even more "deals" yet they still haven't finalized or published anything concerning the Loonsgate/STARZ "deal" since the original press release announcing it on Apr 10, 2024. That's well over a year ago amd still nothing!

Where are the SAPX missing audited financials?

Where is the SAPX SEC approved Form 10?

Where is the mutually acknowledged "deal" with Lionsgate?

They don't exist.
