The only thing holding this back is the share structure. The proposed split, which was canceled, was a too aggressive. The preferred holders should make some compromises and then do a modest share structure change to get the A/S down to 1b - 500mil and proportionally the O/S common. Until then, takes a ton of volume to get up there.
